Made-to-order items ship within 1-3 weeks from the order confirmation date.  Please email if you have any questions or need express shipping. 


Return Policy

Due to the nature of Hollis Leather products, all made-to-order, embossed and custom items are final sale. If you are not satisfied with your order, items may only be returned or exchanged within 10 days with tags and receipt attached.  Returned and exchanged items must be in the same condition as they were sent to you. 



Hollis Leather Goods are made to last, and if any problems should arise due to normal wear/tear, such as a ripped seam or a popped rivet, I am more than happy to fix them. Repairs are free of charge with the exception of shipping. Damage due to abnormal wear and tear is not covered by Hollis Leather. Please email for questions.
